Nick Arrojo

Nick Arrojo’s career began as a Vidal Sassoon apprentice. He won the prestigious Young Hairdresser of the Year Award in the UK, and, at 21, became Vidal’s youngest ever Assistant Creative Director. After 20 years in the industry including stints as Creative Seminar leader for Wella International and Director of Education for Bumble and Bumble, New York, Nick opened ARROJO studio in 2001. Nick founded ARROJO education in 2003 with the goal of teaching all stylists the hairdressing techniques and business-building skills that makes ARROJO studio such a sensation. With great success, ARROJO education is now a global enterprise, reaching 100,000 fellow professionals each year. After assisting Wella, KMS, and Aveda on product development, Nick launched ARROJO product in January 2007. A high-performance hair-care line developed to be easy to use and wear for the consumer. Nick’s work has graced the fashion magazines of the world on countless occasions, he’s a regular stylist at the New York fashion shows, and for the past seven years he has been the hairdressing host on TLC’s What Not To Wear, with 8 million viewers tuned in every week. A revered stylist, educator, and leading light in the business, Nick’s pioneering approach to hairstyling is recognized worldwide.

The only convention of its kind just for cosmetology school educators, the Annual CEA Convention: Growing Your Teaching Methods will take place July 19 – 21, 2008 at the Renaissance Orlando Resort at Sea World, Orlando, FL.

Educators from across the country will gather to discover the latest tools and techniques to keep their classroom and clinic floor fresh and inspiring.
